Cancellation Policy
Regulation
At least 24 hours' notice is required when it is necessary to postpone or cancel an appointment. In the event of a cancellation less than 24 hours before the appointment, the cost of the session may be charged or the session counted as completed (if part of a package of several sessions).
Should the client arrive very late, the performance of the treatment is not guaranteed as it may affect subsequent scheduled appointments later in the day, causing inconvenience to all subsequent clients due to the delay. For this reason, the session, if started late, will probably have to end at the previously scheduled time and every effort will be made to complete the treatment in the remaining time available or in subsequent sessions.
Should the delay exceed half the time initially scheduled for the treatment, the appointment will be rescheduled or cancelled (in the latter case the cost will be charged).
